Jordin Dickerson joined the faculty at UNCP in 2022. She teaches courses including Constitutional Law, Law of Criminal Procedure and Judicial Processes and Behavior, and serves as the campus Pre-Law Advisor.

Dickerson earned her B.A. in History and Political Science from UNCP and her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law and Politics and was a member of the Raven Society. She is a licensed attorney in North Carolina and has worked as a Willie C. Dawson Fellow at Legal Aid of North Carolina and as a Public Defender in Robeson County.

She also serves as Executive Director for Southern Regional Model United Nations (SRMUN), a nonprofit that hosts collegiate Model UN conferences. Since 2021, she has served as a board member for Pro-Choice North Carolina.
