About the Gallery
The A.D. Gallery at UNC Pembroke began in the 1970s when faculty transformed a faculty
lounge into a dedicated exhibition space. It served the art department for over 30
years. In 2005, the gallery was expanded to a new 960-square-foot facility. This new
facility features a skylight and space for large-format pieces. We invite you to explore
this inspiring space and discover what makes the UNCP art gallery truly unique.

Eighth Biennial Native American Art Exhibition: Reception and Artist Talk

Nationally acclaimed Haliwa-Saponi potter Senora Lynch, whose work blends traditional techniques with powerful storytelling, will be the featured artist in UNC Pembroke’s Eighth Biennial Native American Art Exhibition, on view Sept. 18 through Oct. 16 at the A.D. Gallery. The University of North Carolina at Pembroke proudly announces the 2025 UNCP Art Alumni Biennial Juried Exhibition. The 2025 UNCP Art Alumni Biennial Juried Exhibition will be on view at the A.D. Gallery in Locklear Hall from August 18 to September 13.
