To apply for the Post-Master’s Certificate in Nursing Education, you must:
- Submit a completed application.
- Hold a Master of Science in Nursing from a nationally accredited NLN or CCNE program.
- Have a valid North Carolina nursing license or multistate privileges under the Nurse Licensure Compact.
- Possess a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0.
- Submit official transcripts from all postsecondary institutions.
- Provide three letters of recommendation (two from master’s-prepared nursing professionals).
- Submit a resume or curriculum vitae detailing your educational and work history.
- Provide a personal statement that outlines your interest in nursing education, your career goals, academic strengths and any circumstances you'd like considered.
