Career Advancement for Spouses
The MyCAA Scholarship offers military spouses up to $4,000 for certifications, licenses
or associate degrees in portable career fields. Through UNC Pembroke's partnership
with ed2go, you can access online training for in-demand jobs, with support from expert
mentors.
VA Benefit Payments
Learn how to request advance VA benefits and the process for using your VA education
benefits each semester. Follow the simple registration for classes, submit the UNCP
Online Enrollment Certification Request and confirm your enrollment status by email.

Application Fee Waiver
At UNC Pembroke, we’re proud to support those who serve. Active-duty service members, veterans, reservists, and National Guard members are eligible for an application fee waiver when applying to our undergraduate or graduate programs.
To receive your waiver, simply submit your LES or DD-214 to the appropriate admissions
office. It’s our way of saying thank you — and making your next mission even more
accessible.
