UNCP will resume normal operations at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday, March 17. Classes, campus activities and events will proceed as scheduled. The university does not anticipate sending additional updates regarding this weather event unless conditions warrant.

UNCP will move to Condition 1 (Reduced Operations) today, Monday, March 16, beginning at 11 a.m. All in-person classes scheduled after 11 a.m. are canceled due to the heightened possibility of significant rain, high winds and tornadoes across portions of North Carolina this afternoon.

UNCP will resume normal campus operations beginning at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27. All classes scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. or after will be in session. Any adjustments to individual classes, including modality or meeting location, will be communicated directly by instructors.
