Kimberly Hunt manages the processing, receipting, recording and acknowledgment of
all gifts received by UNC Pembroke. She ensures every contribution is handled promptly
and in accordance with university and state policies.
Accepted Gift Types
- Credit card transactions
- Bank drafts
- Payroll deductions
- Publicly traded and closely held stock
- Gifts-in-kind (tangible personal property and real estate)
- Matching gifts
- Memorial gifts
Gift Delivery Guidelines
In compliance with North Carolina law:
- Checks or cash totaling $250 or more must be deposited daily.
- Amounts under $250 must be deposited at least weekly.
All physical gifts (checks, cash, or in-kind donations) should be delivered in person
or mailed to:
