Student organizations who make a reservation request that includes fundraising must provide an approved fundraising form in addition to the FRS reservation request. The reservation request will remain in a pending status until the approved fundraiser form is received by the Facility Reservation Manager.

Any student organization desiring to sponsor an on-campus fundraising activity must receive approval through the James B. Chavis Student Center. The reasoning for this is twofold: (1) conflicts will be avoided through efficient scheduling and (2) compliance with State and University statutes and regulations must be monitored.

Events must be registered through BraveConnect.

The circumstances under which animals may be permitted access to campus grounds and facilities are the subject of federal, state and local law, as well as University policy considerations. Animals are not permitted in any campus buildings except in the following cases:

Animals providing assistance to handicapped persons;
Special circumstances or events subject to approval from Health & Environmental Safety.
